Through our partnership with the McCusker Centre for Citizenship, we provide internship opportunities for university students and recent graduates across a range of disciplines. Our internships offer hands-on experience, exposure to real-world challenges and the chance to contribute to work that directly improves the lives of children and families across Western Australia.

We believe that investing in emerging talent strengthens both our organisation and our communities. By providing practical experience, mentoring and professional development opportunities, we help future leaders build the skills, confidence and connections they need to succeed in their careers.

Volunteers help us do more of the practical, behind-the-scenes work that keeps our programs running. We love our volunteers and celebrate with them every year during National Volunteers week. You might support administration, events, fundraising, communications, community engagement or something else entirely. Whatever your skills or availability, volunteering with Ear Foundation is a meaningful way to use your time and experience to support children and families who need better access to hearing health care.

As an Ear Foundation volunteer, you’ll be part of a small, committed team working alongside communities across Western Australia to help children hear, learn and participate more fully in everyday life.
